  • No refund on any products or services.
  • $100 deposit is required for chemical services. You have up to 48 hours before the appointment to cancel/ reschedule. Anytime after that, and the deposit will be used to pay your stylist for time lost.

  • For any reason you are not satisfied, we will re-perform the service within three days.
